Time Management = Self Management

With the multiple roles and daily tasks that have to be completed, we can feel quite overwhelmed. Here are a few tips to help you get started toward managing your time more effectively and improve self care.

Set goals– List most important tasks for the day.

Prioritize– Make a “to do” list with the most important tasks on top. Leave a buffer in between tasks, give yourself transition time and focus on one task at a time to increase productivity.

Break It Down– Set 25 minutes aside to complete over-whelming tasks.

Self Care- Obtain at least 7 hours of rested sleep per night
Eat healthy foods daily
Exercise
Keep a journal
Meditate or just relax
Set clear limits and boundaries with others
Say No
Remember to laugh
