Kim Kern LMSW, ACSW, CAADC, CCS-M

Kim is our Site Supervisor and has extensive experience treating a variety of mental health and substance abuse issues including mood disorders, co-dependency and co-occurring disorders. She uses cognitive behavioral strategies with an emphasis on wellness and lifestyle balancing. She enjoys working with people of all ages to identify and resolve barriers in their life and develop the skills necessary to meet their full potential.

Cathy Belich LMSW, CAADC

Cathy has experience working with men and women of different ages. She has experience with mental health and substance abuse disorders as well as co-occurring disorders in both the individual and group setting.

Madeline Dooley DP-C

Madeline has experience working with people who have substance abuse disorders and criminal backgrounds. She has experience working with men and women, as well as adolescents.

Michelle Schmitzer MA, LPC

Michelle has experience working with people who have experienced domestic and sexual violence, particularly women. She also has experience working with people who have co-occurring disorders and criminal backgrounds. Michelle is an empowerment perspective counselor who is very interested in assisting people experience healthy relationships and achieve emotional self sufficiency.

Ruth Kilburn-Doxey MA, LPC

Ruth enjoys working with all ages. She has experience working with survivors of trauma as well as domestic and sexual violence. Ruth also has experience working with a wide array of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety and relationship/family issues.

Jimmy Jones CAADc

Jimmy has multiple years of experience in substance abuse and co-occurring disorders using motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy. He has experience working in the areas of anger management, domestic violence, stress management and personal growth. Jimmy is passionate about assisting clients with acquiring the necessary skills to overcome substance use disorders and to develop plans to improve their overall quality of life.
