Kim is our Site Supervisor and has extensive experience treating a variety of mental health and substance abuse issues including mood disorders, co-dependency and co-occurring disorders. She uses cognitive behavioral strategies with an emphasis on wellness and lifestyle balancing. She enjoys working with people of all ages to identify and resolve barriers in their life and develop the skills necessary to meet their full potential.

Kadi Morse MA, LPC

Kadi has experience working with client’s who have depression, anxiety and grief/loss issues. Kadi also has experience working with children and adolescents with attention deficit disorder and oppositional defiant disorder. Kadi uses a combination of cognitive behavioral therapies and solution focused therapies to help client’s reach their goals. Kadi is interested in furthering her career by supervising new therapists in the field and obtaining her certification for substance abuse disorders.

Kaitlyn utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral strategies to treat a range of disorders in both adults and children. She has experience working with people with developmental disabilities, children and teenagers with behavioral issues and adults with depression, anxiety and other severe mental illnesses . Kaitlyn takes a collaborative approach to working with clients in order to focus on their strength’s. She is passionate about helping others incorporate mindfulness and motivation into their everyday lives. Ricardo Bowden MA, CPC

Ricardo specializes in providing guidance and coaching for individuals actively seeking recovery from substance abuse. He has delivered relapse prevention programming professionally for 11 years. As a recovering person himself, he is insightful about the many roadblocks and challenges that may stand in the way of being successful, and helps clients find their own solutions to overcome those hurdles. The Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous says “no matter how far down the scale we have gone, we will see how our experience benefits others”. The spirit of that recovery promise motivates Ricardo to be of service to others and pass on to others what has been graciously passed on to him.

Casey Binkley PsyD, LLP

Casey specializes in working with young children (ages 5 and up), adolescents, teens, and young adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, relationship/social struggles, ADHD, and behavioral problems. With young children, therapy is often a family decision and it is central to Casey’s practice to include parents and caregivers in their child’s treatment. It is her goal to help clients develop the skills they need to live effectively in their world. With adults, she utilizes a cognitive behavioral approach with the goal to help clients identify and use personal strength to counter negative assumptions and thought patterns about themselves.
