Cathy has experience working with men and women of different ages. She has experience with mental health and substance abuse disorders as well as co-occurring disorders in both the individual and group setting.

Ruth Kilburn-Doxey MA, LPC

Ruth enjoys working with all ages. She has experience working with survivors of trauma as well as domestic and sexual violence. Ruth also has experience working with a wide array of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety and relationship/family issues.

Jay Parker LLMSW

Jay Parker, LLMSW – Substance Abuse Therapist. Jay has experience using mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy strategies, and manualized twelve step facilitation therapy to treat substance abuse and other co-occurring disorders.

Michelle Schmitzer LPC, CAADC

Michelle has experience working with people who have experienced domestic and sexual violence, particularly women. She also has experience working with people who have co-occurring disorders and criminal backgrounds. Michelle is an empowerment perspective counselor who is very interested in assisting people experience healthy relationships and achieve emotional self sufficiency.

Danielle has been in recovery for over half a decade. As a recovery coach, she uses her voice to share life experience of addiction and recovery, to help others find sobriety. Dannielle’s goal is to spread hope that recovery is possible with hard work and determination.

Shana is a compassionate and dedicated social worker. She recently graduated with her bachelors of social work from Saginaw Valley State University and is currently pursuing her masters of social work through the advanced standing program. With a strengths-based approach and personal experience in recovery, Shana is dedicated to helping her clients navigate their wellness journeys.
