Rachel, our Site Supervisor, has experience serving individuals and families across the lifespan with various adjustment, mood and co-occurring disorders. Rachel utilizes a person-centered, strengths-based approach when creating and implementing individualized treatment plans with her clients. Rachel often integrates cognitive behavioral therapy concepts with a mind-body connection focus aiming to improve overall wellness.  Rachel is compassionate about those she serves and is committed to facilitating the therapeutic process.

Diane Hobson LMSW, ACSW, LFMT

Diane utilizes an eclectic approach to treatment and has experience working with adults and children. Her strengths lie in cognitive behavioral and play therapy. Therapy is a creative process to help others grow and achieve their fullest potential.

Kaitlyn Tobin MA, LLP, DP-C

Kaitlyn utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral strategies to treat a range of disorders in both adults and children. She has experience working with people with developmental disabilities, children and teenagers with behavioral issues and adults with depression, anxiety and other severe mental illnesses . Kaitlyn takes a collaborative approach to working with clients in order to focus on their strength’s. She is passionate about helping others incorporate mindfulness and motivation into their everyday lives. Other treatment modalities include Solution- Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Tracey Little MA, LLC

Tracey has experience using cognitive behavioral therapy and solutions-focused therapy to treat depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. She has experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and the various cultural specific issues they present with. Tracey uses feminist theory techniques to address social, cultural, and political factors throughout the counseling process. She believes in a holistic approach when treating a client.

Jazmine Powell LMSW, CAADC DP-C

Jazmine’s therapeutic style is to use the psychodynamic and positive psychology approaches in helping individuals explore the root causes of their concerns and then using creative methods that are unique to the individual to learn new thoughts and behavior patterns.  Jazmine also examines how the person interacts within the community and his/her interpersonal relationship dynamics. She is particularly interested in faith-based counseling and father-daughter relationship building consultation.  Jazmine is also in the process of becoming a certified substance use disorder counselor.

Ruth Kilburn-Doxey MA, LPC

Ruth enjoys working with all ages.  She has experience working with survivors of trauma as well as domestic and sexual violence.  Ruth also has experience working with a wide array of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety and relationship/family issues.

Gary Roth LPC

Gary Roth, LPC has been clinically serving individuals of all ages for well over 30 years. Gary has held roles in case management and therapy within a variety of settings including residential, inpatient and outpatient. Gary’s clients are pleased to have him meet them where they are in life’s journey, offering guidance and perspective unique to those he works with.

Jennifer Flynn LLMSW

Jennifer returned to school in 2016 to begin a career in social work after working in medical sales for 10 years. She has experience working with LGBTQIA individuals and groups, women and children experiencing domestic violence and substance use disorders. Jennifer has a passion for women’s issues and recently started researching the use of video games to connect with youth and adolescents.
