Katrina Brock LMSW, CAADC, CCS

Katrina is our Site Supervisor and has training and experience in using evidence based treatments like cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. She has specific expertise with trauma recovery, and working with LGBTQIA2 community members, along with a diverse range of other lifestyles. Katrina has experience with direct clinical work as well as macro level program development and administration and quality system/change building. Her approach is open and nonjudgmental and she believes that each persons wellness is unique, custom-fit, and ever evolving initiative.

Dustin Weidman

Dustin has experience working with childhood autism as a Behavior Technician, as well as a school counselor in a local elementary school. As a combat veteran, he has experience with both the symptoms and treatments of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. He currently holds two bachelor’s degrees in Education and Psychology; and is pursuing a graduate degree in professional counseling. Upon completing his graduate degree, he is interested in working with veterans from the Huron, Tuscola and Sanilac County as well as with students who are struggling with academics and behavior in school.

Michelle Hyzer LMSW, CAADC

Michelle has experience treating children, adolescents and adults with mood disorders, depression, anxiety and PTSD. She enjoys working with mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Michelle has several years of experience working with children and their families in their homes providing individual, family and marital therapy. Michelle has training in cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy.

Michelle Schmitzer MA, LPC

Michelle has experience working with people who have experienced domestic and sexual violence, particularly women. She also has experience working with people who have co-occurring disorders and criminal backgrounds. Michelle is an empowerment perspective counselor who is very interested in assisting people experience healthy relationships and achieve emotional self sufficiency.

Tracey Little LLPC

Tracey has experience using cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy to treat depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. She has experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and the various cultural specific issues they present with. Tracey uses feminist theory techniques to address social, cultural, and political factors throughout the counseling process. She believes in a holistic approach when treating a client.

Bryant Goulet LMSW

Bryant has over 30 years experience as a clinical therapist as well as a school school social worker. Working directly in the school system, Bryant has an extensive background assisting children, adolescents, and their families with school related social-emotional-behavioral issues. In addition, Bryant provides treatment to adults addressing a wide variety of issues including: depression and anxiety, stress/anger management, post-trauma and abuse, relationship difficulties, family problems, and interpersonal skill deficiencies. He has training and utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach as well as Insight Therapy. Bryant is currently completing a certification in the “Mindset Approach to Child and Adolescent Issues: Integration of the Mind and Developing Brain”. Treatment sessions with each client are tailored to his/her needs, desires and person-centered goals.

Cathy has experience using cognitive behavioral treatment methods to treat known mood disorders. She has working with individuals struggling with trauma. She is also experienced working with children, teenagers, and adults of all ages. Cathy is very interested in helping people with parenting skills and helping preserve family relationships.
