Shana Norgan, MSW, CADC-DP is a compassionate, down-to-earth clinician known for her honest and practical approach. She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) through Saginaw Valley State University’s Advanced Standing Program and holds the Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor – Development Plan (CADC-DP) credential.
Shana currently provides substance use disorder (SUD) counseling and recovery-focused services, including relapse prevention planning, motivational enhancement, coping skills development, and support for co-occurring concerns as they relate to substance use and stabilization. She uses evidence-based approaches including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care. Shana works from a strengths-based, person-centered perspective; meeting clients where they are and helping them build insight, resilience, and sustainable change.
